This unit can run continuously for approximately 4-5 hours while submerged in up to 8 inches of water. After this period of time, the water will have evaporated and the unit will shut itself off automatically. To make it start fogging again, add more water. The lower the water level, the more fog will be created. This fogger does not heat or cool the water, the fog is created using ultrasonic technology.
